This tip applies to Excel 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, 2021, and Excel in Microsoft 365
Microsoft provides ways for you to have your Excel data available on the Web. You do this by saving your worksheet data in a Web-page format. You can specify which fonts you want Excel to use when it creates Web pages from the information in a workbook. You can set the default fonts that Excel uses by following these steps:

Tangential question ... is it possible to put an Excel file on the Web so that it can be consulted from VBA in a "local" workbook (e.g. a list of registration codes for add-ins that needs to be validated by the add-in to check if the registration is still valid) ? I've been looking allover on guidance on how to do such a thing (even have been looking into setting up the registration list on my FTP server for accessing it from the add-in), but haven't found any step-by-step instructions yet that will help me do this from scratch ...
